Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order size?
We do not set a minimum — the factory does, through its MOQ. However, the minimum service fee is 300 USD, so on very small orders the percentage looks relatively high.
Do I pay you or the factory?
Whichever you prefer. Under Model A you pay us and we settle with the factory. Under Model B you pay the factory directly and we charge only the service fee.
Who is responsible if the goods are defective?
That is exactly what pre-shipment inspection is for — we catch problems before the container is sealed. For manufacturing defects found after inspection, we run the claim process with the factory. The precise allocation of responsibility is set out in the contract.
Do you pay the customs duty, or do I?
Customs duty and VAT are not included in the service fee — they are passed through at cost. So you pay them, but the calculation, paperwork and coordination are on us.
How long does an order take?
A full cycle usually takes 2–5 months, and most of that is production time. If the goods are bought ready from stock, it drops to 3–6 weeks. We give a concrete schedule in the reply to your request.
Can you bring in a sample?
Yes. Ordering the sample, shipping it and checking it against the technical specification is a standard part of the process.
Can you work with a supplier I found myself?
Yes. In that case we provide only logistics, customs and documentation services — the supplier search stage drops out and the service fee is reduced accordingly.
How is the contract signed and which documents do I receive?
Once the request is confirmed, a service agreement is signed. At the end of the operation you receive the complete document set: invoice, packing list, bill of lading/CMR, certificate of origin, customs declaration and handover certificate.
